Minglin Furniture: Strict Inhouse QC System Optimized to Meet Global Furniture Safety Requirements
Minglin Furniture, a trusted China based manufacturer of various styles of home furniture, has recently finished upgrading its in house quality control system to better meet the demands of global furniture safety and performance standards for overseas wholesalers, project contractors and retail partners. With the growing demand for high quality modern furniture in the European and global markets, product safety, material stability and fine finishing are now mandatory for cross border orders. To ensure the same level of qualified products, our factory has implemented full process QC checkpoints for raw material inspection upon arrival, semi finished product testing, finished product evaluation and preshipment random sampling. Each lot of raw panels will be checked for E1 environmental standards and EN 14749 safety requirements before going into mass production.
For popular series such as fluted coffee table set and sintered stone cabinet, additional special inspection items are added. QC workers carefully inspect the uniformity of the surface of the vertical fluted panel, the clearance of joints, and test the structural strength of round nesting tables, and load the load tests are performed on sintered stone table tops to prevent the risk of cracking during long distance ocean transportation. The defective products will be identified and rework immediately and never flow to packaging links.
